Shipping Policy 

How long is shipping?

All orders are processed between 2-5 business days & will ship out on the 6th day. We will always try to make sure your order is processed & shipped out before then.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at the moment. 

What happens if I put an incomplete shipping address?

If you notice that you didn’t put your complete shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the package has already shipped, it will more than likely be returned to us & you will be refunded (minus the price of shipping).

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?


All packages will automatically have insurance added to it. You will have to file a claim with USPS & they will investigate it. If your package says delivered & you didn’t receive it, please file a claim with USPS. The P Fairy LLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Why does my order say “pre-transit”?

Pre-transit means a shipping label has been created. Your order will be scanned & then shipped within 2-3 days of you seeing “pre-transit”. 

 

My order has shipped and says "in transit". About how long will it take to arrive?

 

Your order should arrive to you within 2-5 business days of it being shipped. 

Do you offer pick-up services?

No, we are strictly an online based company. 

Return and Exchange Policy

At the P Fairy LLC we take our time to ensure we provide the best quality products for our customers. Due to the nature of these products, we are not currently accepting returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us.
